リバーハウス、「約束の家」

この一ヶ月程の間に、私達の教会（ONFIRE JAPANの母体である西宮ハウスチャーチネットワーク）へ主が語られている事をシェアしたいと思います。
関係を通しての弟子訓練
簡単に私達の教会の背景を説明します。1995年起こった阪神大震災の直後より、大阪ジーザスファミリーより西宮の地に開拓伝道の拠点として送り出されました。西宮の家庭で始まった小さな集まりは、やがてそこに働き人として送られて来た数家族と、地域で救いを受け取った様々な人が加えられ、成長し、主がこの群れを導いく中で、教会の土台となる互いの親密な関係作りをされました。2003年、当時のメンバーが集まり、ある建物の取得に関して祈りの時を持ちました。地域に根ざし、常駐出来る場所の必要を感じていたからでした。ところが主が示された事は私達を驚かせる内容で、私達を更に地域のコミュニティーに根ざす方法として家の教会へと導かれました。これは今日まで、日本の隅々まで福音を届けて行く教会の新しい革袋として、主が家の教会としての歩みを導いて来られました。
力を授ける働き
2005年に、主はアメリカカリフォルニア州レディング市のベテル教会との関係を開かれました。また、同じ心を持つ国内外の様々な人とのコネクションも与えて下さいました。その中で私達の働きの主流は、聖霊の賜物と力に基づいた出版物やメッセージの配信、また、解放のミニストリー、癒しのミニストリーを通して聖徒達を建て上げ、整え、力を授けるものとして導かれてきました。海外からのチームを各地に派遣する事は、ここで神様が培われて来た同じリバイバルのDNAを多くの方々と分かち合う為の素晴らしい方法の一つでした。これらの働きも、教会の建て上げと同様、関係を通して、ゆっくりと神様が導かれるままに従ってきました。ベテル教会との関係が深められて行く中で、「いつかミニストリースクールを日本でもやりたい！」という思いは膨らんで行きました。日本のクリスチャンを整え立てあげて、世界各地へ送り出す事、また世界各国からやってくる宣教師たちが、効果的に日本の各地で、またアジア諸国にて宣教の召しに着く事が出来るよう、彼らを助け、整える事。この二つの目的がこのスクールの主目的にあると感じています。
ここ数年には、ワールドレースを率いるアドベンチャーインミッションとの関係も開かれ、国内外のYWAM（ユースウィズアミッション）との関係も更に深められて来ています。トレーニングセンターのビジョンは、私達の中で益々膨らんで来ていましたが、実際に建物を取得して、そのビジョンの成就に信仰の歩みを踏み出すという事に関しては、「いつか近い将来、時が来たら、、、」との思いを温めるに留まっていました。
宣教師の生み出される地
しかし、それもこの4月8日にすべてが変わりました。最近のリーダー会での話題に「使途的センター」という言葉が頻繁に出回るようになっていました。外からは普通の教会のように見えるその建物の主たる目的は、出て行くDNA、送り出すDNAであり、使途の時代の「アンテオケ」を思わせる伝道、宣教ベースのコミュニティーとして、弟子訓練の場所です。
水曜日の夜、いつものリーダー会に集まっていた私達の中に、賛美も終わらない内から多くの啓示が与えられました。皆が口々に与えられた絵や言葉を分かち合う時となりました。主が明らかに「今はその時です！青信号点灯！」と示されたと感じました。その中で一つシェアしたいものの一つは、日本が今まで「宣教師の墓場」として国内外の宣教師の間では語られて来たが、もはやこの国が「宣教師を生み出す地」となる、と主は言われている、という事です。多くの働き手が整えられ、訓練を受けて、送り出される土地となる！具体的な歩みがどのように開かれて行くのか、まだ、何も分かりませんが、主の時が「今」である事に、リーダー達が皆一致して同意しました。
その同じ夜、帰宅してから、友人の一人が英語を教えて欲しいと連絡してきました。始めは気が進まなかったのですが、彼に返事をした所、彼の動機にビックリしました！「神様が青信号と点灯されたんだ。宣教師になりなさいって。だから、英語を教えて下さい！」改めて、具体的にどのように歩みを進めて行けば良いか、主に従う心を頂きたい！と切に祈りました。
トレーニングセンター
その後、ここ数週間に渡り、可能性の示された色々な物件を祈ったり、下見に行ったりしています。その中である家が私達のレーダーに泊りました。かつて友人達が祈りの家、賛美の家のビジョンの成就の為に、獲得を試み、祈っていた家でした。その家について不動産に連絡をした所、未だ買い手が見つかっていないという事ですが、持ち主はこの５月末までに決着を付けたいとの事で、早く買い手を見つける為に値段を当初の25％安い値段で売値を改めたという事でした。それを受けて、既にある建設会社が買い手として名乗りを上げているとの事でした。何度も足を運び、祈る中で、この家を私達も求めるべきだとの導きを感じています。ですが、その為に必要な手段は今のところ全くありません！どのように、家獲得に向けて主が導かれるか、祈り始めた所です！写真を下に添付しています、是非、一緒に祈りに加わって下さい。この家の目的は、前述のビジョンの達成の為ですが、もう一度改めてまとめてみます。
・国内外の宣教のためのトレーニング（日本語、外国語）
・スーパーナチュラルミニストリートレーニング
・家の教会の開拓、ネットワーク
・地域の各教会へのサポート、リソースセンター、トレーニング
・祈りの家、癒しの家
などなどです。
ということで、このトレーニングセンターの確立のための祈りに、皆さんにも是非、参加していただきたいのです。神様がはっきりと導かれ、全ての行程を治められるように。
まだ、始まった所の話しですから、実際の事は分からない事ばかりです。でも、建物の獲得に向けて、好意と導き、備えがあるようにお祈り下さい。
また、預言の言葉や励ましのことば、アドバイス等が主から示されたら、是非、分かち合って下さい。

THE RIVER HOUSE - “The Place of Promise”
Greetings friends!
I would like to share with you something of what God has been speaking to us in our church community (Nishinomiya House Church Network - the church community behind Onfire Japan) in the last month.
RELATIONAL DISCIPLESHIP
Just to give you a brief personal history of our local fellowship; in 1995 after the Great Hanshin Earthquake, Jesus Family Osaka sent a team out to our area to begin a house church. Various families felt called to move out into the area, others were added from the local community, and a small but strong relational community was established.
In 2003 the whole church came together to ask God about renting a building and becoming more established locally. To our surprise at the time, the Spirit directed us towards house-church instead. Thus began a journey (that continues to this day!) of asking God to define “church” for us in the Japanese context.
MINISTRY OF EMPOWERMENT
In 2005 God opened doors of relationship with people from Bethel Church, Redding California. God also connected us with many other like-minded people locally and internationally, and that journey has led us to establish encouragement, equipping and empowering ministries in publishing, intimacy, deliverance/freedom and the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit. Hosting visiting teams has also been a huge part of seeing the spread of the revival DNA throughout Japan.
We have very much built these ministries in the same way we do church: slowly, organically, relationally, just as God leads.
Ever since the connections at Bethel began to take off we thought: “Wouldn’t it be great to do a ministry school here in Japan?”… something to both train up local believers to send them far and wide for the Kingdom, and a landing-strip for foreigners wanting a starting point to be missionaries in Japan or a stepping stone to Asia.
The last few years have also seen us build strong relationships with Adventures in Mission's people (WorldRace) and also a re-kindling of relationships within YWAM both nationally and internationally.
The call to train and equip has seemed to get stronger and stronger in the last few years, however, these visions to have an actual training centre have very much sat on the shelf in the “when the need is there” section of the bookcase!
BIRTHPLACE OF MISSIONARIES
And there they sat until Wednesday April 8th.
As a church we have been talking lately of the concept of “Apostolic Centre” - what might look like a church on the outside, but the DNA is moving outward; a missional community; an “Antioch”, a resource and training hub for house-churches.
That Wednesday night we gathered to talk and pray about what God was saying to us and while we were worshipping, before we even stopped to pray, God spoke to many in the group: “Now is the time, green-light, go.”
Amongst the many encouraging words and pictures one in particular stands out: Japan has often been called the “graveyard for missionaries” in an psychological and emotional sense.
However, God was saying that Japan will be known as a “birthplace of missionaries.” - a place where many are raised up and released from.
We are still not sure what this all means exactly, however we are excited in the Spirit that this was a “now” word from the Lord.
That very same Wednesday night a young Japanese friend texted me to say “Hey, Jef. Teach me English!”
I thought nothing of it, but contacted him the next day. Long story short, he said that God had given him the “green light” to become a missionary and that he wanted to learn English to prepare for that.
Here we are a few weeks later and our time since then has been full of confirmations and challenges that this is a “now” word; we are just asking God how to respond to that word and step out in obedience.
TRAINING CENTER
Interestingly enough, a house that our friends previously looked at several years ago for use as a prayer and retreat center, is still on the market… until the end of May!
It is old but huge, very cheap, and in a very beautiful location. It is perfect for what we believe God is leading us to establish.
We have prayed, listened to God, discussed and agreed as a church that this is the place that God wants to provide for us.

Amongst other things, we believe that God wants this to be a place for:
- Foreign & local missions training
(Japanese and non-Japanese) - Supernatural ministry training
- House-church planting & networking
- Local church support & resource equipping
- Prayer & healing rooms
- etc.

This email is ask you to join with us to pray for the establishment of this TRAINING CENTER; that God will speak clearly and guide every detail of the process.
We are right at the beginning of this process so I don’t have details, but please pray for favor and guidance regarding the purchasing and financing of the building.
Please also feel free to share prophetic words, encouragements etc., advice as you feel God directing you.
And!
In the near future we’d like to partner with you to see the vision become a reality; all of the above, but particularly to see Japanese missionaries raised up and sent out to bless the nations of the Earth.
